Responsibilities:

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
• Arrange for appointments/ meetings with potential clients
• Prepare layout drawings/ moodboards and contract/ quotations
• Project management and site supervision ensuring everything is completed within the dateline
• Effective communication with suppliers, vendors and clients
• Payment collection and checking of purchase invoices
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practise

Qualifications:

• Experienced interior designers are preferred. No experience or fresh graduates are welcome too as training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces
• Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
• Hands on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Responsible and attention to detail, artistic ability, vision and creativity
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Remunerations:

• Full commission based up 80% profit sharing
• Individual performance bonus
• Monthly bonus
• Transport bonus
